I liked the team approach through the loan process. Although we didn't take full advantage of that service, it was nice to see the amount of support and help that was available.
This company is not worth the risk of using. I had both extremes bad and good. It took so long I had forgotten all about my refinance and in the end the only reason I continued through. It was like I found 5 bucks in the couch after I didn’t need it.

Ryan’s super friendly, knowledgeable and patient! Even after we purchased our home, one year later he reached out to us to ask if we’d like to lower our interest rate...which was already really low! We didn’t have to do anything! They even had the notary come to us for convenience and it didn’t cost us anything. Ryan always retuned our calls if he was unavailable and kept us on loop the entire time from when we got a pre-approval until our final closing documents were signed. He even checked up on us to ensure everything went smoothly and we were all good! I highly recommend Veterans United and Ryan Williams, Jill Berryhill was the realtor they referred to us and she is FANTASTIC!!! I couldn’t say enough good things about our experience! We won’t use anyone else!

Go with Veterans United! They will take care of you throughout the process. Steve Brockman's team include Aaron Baker which I see as a Golden Team, they are always on top of every task. Very professional and friendly team that I had and I can only highly recommend them with my experience. I would use them again! GO VU!
