If I could put everything back with no consequences I swear I would.

I this was not a great experience working with this company and I want tell other people to use Veterans United Home Loans because of the way my husband and I were treated.

Hi Nataucha, We understand how the home buying process can get stressful, especially for the first time. Licensed Underwriters comply with regulations to ensure loans are properly documented, and we work to make that process as easy as possible. While we cannot change the experience you had we want to ensure that no other Veterans have this same experience in the future. You can’t go wrong using Veterans United in purchasing your home. They work hard to serve those who served.

Veterans United is the only place that has provided us with a pleasant home buying experience and we would highly recommended a home loan through them any day!

You guys really need to choose a different appraisal company or appraisers. The appraiser that was hired from veterans United caused my closing date to be pushed back 4-5 days due to errors on the appraisers part. Very frustrating when not everyone is taking this as seriously as they should be. It’s a major purchase, do your job correctly. Veterans United itself was pleasant as well as the real estate agent they paired me with. Just need different appraisers.

Jon McCarty and Kyle Black were great. Their response times for my questions were amazing. As a first time home buyer they helped make the experience as stress free as possible.

I had a great experience with Veterans United. Brittney was amazing to work with and answered all my questions. I would highly recommend Veterans United.

Veteran Home loan specialist Denise Stroud was a excellent person to have in your corner. Doing my experience of purchasing my home she was so caring and understanding. I had never purchase a home before but she made it easy. If I do purchase another home I want this company to be with me

They loaned me the most money compared to other leaders, but working with them is like getting your teeth pulled. They asked for paperwork that you already sent them. When I asked if they needed anything they would say 'no,' but then in the early evening they would want paperwork that I would have to pull out of my fourth point of contact (Google It). Communication was terrible, they never explained anything and would basically only respond via email with acronyms like you are supposed to know what they were. They said they scheduled the appraiser cause we told them we wanted to close ASAP as we were moving because of a job transfer only to find out a WEEK later that it was NOT done... so instead of 10 days allowed for that it turned in to like 23days. Thus cause the need to stay in an extended stay for 16 long days and pay out another $1600 for that.

Hi Andrew, thank you for your open and honest feedback. Providing clear and effective communication is a top priority, and a member of our Client Advocate team is available to discuss your experience in greater detail. We are sorry we were not able to meet the proactive communication you expected, however we are glad to know that even with an unexpected appraisal, we were able to close on the home of your choosing in 31 days. Our hope is that your home serves you well and that our commitment to providing outstanding service will have a positive impact in the future.

I am very happy with Veterans United
