Process was straight forward and well handled by them. Everyone was easy to contact. When I had to leave a phone message, they responded quickly. The web site was verrrry helpful. Very easy to check your loan status… If you are buying and selling things while applying for the loan, I would advise keeping very good records….(bills of sale etc…)
