The application process is on-line and easy. All contact was via phone, text, email. The closing was done at my home with one person-so I felt safe. Overall an easy smooth process. I would definitely recommend!!!

The process is not as scary as it sounds just start and see what happens.

The process from start to finish went smoothly. If you want a good experience then Josh Kittle is the one to work with....he is AWESOME!! He answered my calls and would call back quickly if he missed a call and did a good job at answering all my questions.

I was blown away on how quick and easy the process was. A testament to the patience and support that Veterans United provides with all their services.

Todd and team pulled through at the last minute when there were some discrepancies and ensured that my family closed on the house at the appropriate time. This is my second home purchase with Todd's team and I am very happy with all of the hard work that they pulled off.

By far the best home-buying experience I've ever had. Service was fast and professional, and I love that everything is handled digitally. They also gave me a super low interest rate! If you need a VA loan, these are the guys to see.

Veterans United comes highly recommended for people buying their first homes. Their team of experts guide you throughout the whole process and really treat you like family.

Veterans United is super easy to work with. They made my purchase extremely painless and effortless. We closed in less than 45 days which helped our family out. Veterans United is hands down the best place ive ever worked with.

So the process of uploading documents was very easy. My biggest issue was service. I was frustrated with the delay of the appraisal which caused us some stress because we had to move out of our existing house and we could not move in to our new one because of the delay.
When I relayed this frustration I feel like I was ignored for a bit of time rather than addressing it. Once the appraisal was complete the communication did get better. But it took two weeks from when I told VU to order the appraisal and when it was done.
Response from Veterans United
William, thank you for inviting us to learn more about your recent loan experience. Our team will be available to learn more about your appraisal process to determine what our team may do in the future to help prevent a similar closing delay. The appraisal process is managed directly by the Department of Veterans Affairs, and we understand how the home buying process can become stressful when working to overcome an unexpected delay. Thank you for your service and for choosing Veterans United.
Competitive rates, fantastic customer service, and knowledgeable loan teams. If you are looking to buy a home this is where to get your loan.
