They are very patient. When it came to getting my loan and all the documents that went with it, they let me have time to find and get it ro them when I was able. I work full time and it was sometimes difficult to get the paperwork back to them in a timely manner. But we kept in contact and we both new what was going on in the process.

Veterans United is the premiere, and only way to buy. While there is tedious document gathering in the beginning (as with all mortgage companies), it makes the closing part so much more painless!! Ted Richardson and his team always treated us like we their only priority! They knew every step to take to make the underwriters job so much faster, and that is where it matters!
