Alex DeWeeze contacted me mentioning my credit score was good to proceed to the next step, and that was withing a week... i think it was because of me taking long giving my info, i was sceptic. Then Amorye Curtis send me Karla info to start looking for a house... this was so fast my mind could not think right, as is happening so fast and unbelievable. Kendall Eckles contacted me if a had reach Karla my agent, and my preappoval needed to be printed. We started looking into houses. It took a few times to find the right house. Veterans United was so fast that even my realtor was impressed. She told me normally a typical VA loan takes 45 days and can be a headache. Once I had an approved offer the loan approval process only took 30 days! Even before I had an approved offer, I was getting calls making sure everything was going OK.
