I tried using Veterans United for the first time this go round for my VA loan. Initially they were great and communication was amazing. That didn’t continue and I had to resign closing docs more then once. Not bitter just disappointed. I’ll go back to using USAA in the future for my VA loans or a local lender.

I served for 8 years, 6 months and EAS'd in 1982. Never used my VA benefits until this year. I own a home with 3 acres I bought under a contract, and never went thru the loan process.
