We cannot thank you enough for expediting the processing of our VA Home loan so that we could meet the closing date that our sellers were requesting. Tim Alvis expertly maneuvered us through the process and kept the momentum going, allowing us to close on a house much sooner than it should have been possible.We also wanted to mention the outstanding work by our Loan Coordinator, Jill Birch. She called us a few times to walk us through some of the underwriting requirements. She was very professional, friendly, and efficient.We were absolutely impressed with Veterans United because of Tim Alvis and Jill Birch. I don't know if we just got really lucky drawing these two as our loan processing team, or if they exemplify the quality and professionalism of your employees as a whole. My experience with VU started when I walked in with a random question. I don't remember what lady answered the question, but that question established in my mind, that this was a friendly and knowledgable organization to work with. Several years passed before seeking financing assistance from Glenn about a home loan. "Veterans" of Veterans United gave me a sense of assurance, from that very first random question. It's a great place for veterans to do business with confidence, and an equally professional staff to brig your questions or problems to. VU does it all!

Kyle and his team were extremely knowledgeable and professional. They made sure to keep me in the loop at every step in the process. They also took the time to answer any questions and concerns I may have had in a prompt manner. I can honestly say they made this stressful process fairly easy and much less stressful than I thought it would be. I’d definitely use and RECOMMEND them to any other Veterans looking to purchase. I’m super excited with my new home!
I would not recommend anyone to use them. They made me lose money and was very unprofessional. I am extremely disappointed with my service from them.
