We had a lot of communication issues. They need to review their realtors before assigning them to people. Our first never contact us until we reach out to her. Once we went into the loan processing, there was a lack of answering questions in a timely fashion.

Chris was always prompt in getting back to me at all stages. My refinancing was extremely complicated due to the death of a co-owner who as an adopted grandfather, so no blood relation. This created issues that affected all levels of the refinancing. Chris was very patient with me, and the delays caused by Covid, in getting all the necessary documentation needed.

They did an outstanding job, I ended up switching lenders three and half weeks before closing and they got it done right on the day I needed it. Mathew texted me late in the day one time to make sure I checked my computer to sign a document which I thought was great, he went above and beyond. The rate was a half a percent less than the other lender.
