Hit or miss on the quality of the loan officer. And I have emails and texts of why I had such a poor experience with Malika.
I wouldn’t change a thing. Everyone was great at what they do.

I guess this must be a hit or miss. Our loan officer and his team weren’t communicating nor working together. On the other side they connected us with an amazing realtor who did an outstanding job!

Thank you for this feedback Jerraill. We understand how the home buying process can get stressful and while we cannot change the experience you had we want to ensure that no other Veterans have this same experience in the future. One of our Client Advocate team members is available to speak with you and discuss ways that we can improve for future customers. Please reach out to us for additional support and we are thrilled to hear that you had great communication with your VUR agent!
Veterans United is an outstanding company. We have now purchased two homes with their help and never had a problem. The team members are great!! If I buy another house, I will definitely call them again!
I'm very pleased to have chosen Veterans United,my experience with them is nothing short of excellent. These people showed they really cared about getting you into your dream home as quickly as possible.I highly recommend Veterans United. They are good friendly people.
Look forward to doing business again.
The biggest issue we had during the closing. At no point we’re we informed of the need for a well test or the specific test need during the test. This cause our closing to be pushed back. Had there been a checklist or better communication earlier we would have had the test completed well before the close.
This is the best company out there for Veterans. They are what all other companies should strive to be.
We ended up closing on our house eleven days after our original closing date due to a few reasons. These reasons did not come to light until after the closing date had passed. It turned out that the current tenants of the house were required to sign a notice to vacate letter before a "cleared to close" would be issued - this was not brought to our attention until the following week.It would have been nice to know about this information ahead of time, but being as this may be a somewhat unique situation, I do not want to ding rating points on Veterans United for this reason, in the end no additional fees were incurred by either party. No harm; no foul.
Worst experience ever. Would never go through them again nor would i recommend them to anyone.

Hi Jason, we appreciate the chance to hear from you. By providing direct contact information for all of our Loan Specialist we go to great lengths to ensure you'll have an easy time reaching out for assistance but understand that the communication may not have exceeded expectations. We want everyone to feel that we go above and beyond to deliver outstanding service. The process for disclosing the costs of a loan is managed very closely. We understand how relying on estimates for a portion of the home buying process can seem inconsistent or make it difficult to trust the process but discussing the details around your final closing figures is part of our commitment to deliver outstanding service. Providing clear and effective communication is a top priority, and a member of our Client Advocate team is available to discuss your experience in greater detail. Our hope is that your home serves you well and that a detailed explanation of the closing process helps everyone gain knowledge on this issue. A member of our Client Advocate is available to speak with you and learn more about what may have caused you to feel this way. We invite you providing more detail and help us look to improve.
It was a quick and smooth experience.
