I'm so happy I went with Veterans United for the home buying process. The app broke the steps down Barney-style and is very easy to use. Jeff, Carrie, and Candace were amazing! They were always available for questions, explained everything so I could understand, and they worked extremely quickly to get me approved for my first house. This is my second time financing a home with Veterans United. I can honestly say they care about veterans. Also, I was overseas during most of the preparation. My loan officer and her team made sure I understand the process through continues communication with me. Veterans United is perfect for vets who live overseas wishing to purchase a home state side.
The whole Veterans United team was great. The communication was as good as I could be, worked well with me, and seemed to have my best interest in mind at all times. Requested help, got a call in minutes, 30 days later, I closed on the house!
