Amazing to work with! Our loan process was so smooth. We had so many questions and Janet and Jake answered every single one in a timely and professional manner
The process was simple enough, but depending on the loan team you draw, you could be in for a very stressful and uninformed process. Hopefully you will be able to speak to your loan team when you are unsure of not confident of some part of the home loan process. My experience is probably not indicative of Veteran United as a whole but our entire experience with this team left a lot to be desired from a customer service standpoint.

Veterans United Home Loans made my loan journey a much more relaxing event to be a part of. Buying a home is super stressful even when you are not first time homebuyer. They made me aware of each step in the process, and made sure that I understood everything that was happening. They also made sure that I was protected when using my VA homebuying benefits. Veterans United is a great mortgage company. I’ve used them on my last 2 home purchases. If I ever need to move or buy another house again, I’ll definitely be calling them.
