We refinanced our home and it was an easy process from start to finish. The online experience was simple and secure since we were able to upload documents instead of sending them through email. We were able to do the closing in our home, which was very convenient for us. Our Loan Specialist was Kyle Buettner and he was great. He was kind, helpful and always available. Both Kyle and Ashley Crump, our Loan Coordinator, made this a very smooth process.

I went through the majority of the process of buying my first house while deployed. They also helped me iron out bumps near the end of the deal proving to be crucial to the success of my purchase.
