Overall very happy with Veterans United. I would not recommend working with Darren Sweets. He was very unresponsive and not very accommodating. For this reason we went with another agent. However besides that experience we were very pleased.

We were researching refinancing our home to lower our monthly payment. I actually called around first and was not able to get as good of a rate as we were able to get through Veterans United.
