Both Kody and Laura were exceptionally knowledgeable and helpful . As stated above they were both professional, personable, patient, thorough, and knowledgeable. I have been through many closings in my lifetime and this was definitely the most pleasant and professional.
I do not know that I would do this again. I am 75 years old and it brought me to tears on numerous occasions. With my real estate background for 43 years, I knew too much and did not just accept their actions. My husband served honorably in Vietnam and has paid the price. With a squeaky clean record, it was still very difficult. VA in their advertising makes a lot of statements that they will not fulfill. Everything keeps you from getting the lowest rate.
