Jessica and Jen make a great team and I couldn't have gotten luckier finding this team. They were both super patient as we sold one house and bought a new one which is overwhelming for us inexperienced folks! They are keepers!! The whole process was fantastic. The coaches us on how to boost our credit. Once we we’re preapproval they also coaches us on the dos and don’t while looking for a home. Everything was easy access, though the app, we could scan and upload documents any where. They were quick in answer any questions, we keep everything an open book while the process anything we thought about doing we communicated with them ahead of time to ensure it wasn’t going to affect our home buying process. Once we found a house the underwriting process was the easiest it could have been. I heard horrific stories from friends that bought houses prior to us with different company and I was so fearful during the underwriting, but Erich, Alyssa and the team ensured everything went smoothly. We closed on home with 26 days. It’s was the quickest and easiest process of our life. Thank you so much for helping us achieve our dream home.
