I really enjoyed my experience in obtaining a home loan with Veterans United. During my Homebuying Loan process Dustin Johnson ,my Loan Officer, was the main contributor in relieving my stress. He always replied to all my calls and e-mails on time he always kept me informed and was very knowledgeable and cordial. When Dustin Johnson was not available I always had Laken Enochs, the Loan Coordinator to contact. She was a great help too in keeping my loan documents on track. I give my Mortgage Loan borrowing Experience with Veterans United a 10.
From lighting a clear path for qualification through closing, the Veterans United team provided an anxiety free path to our house. The whole team at Veterans United from the loan consultant Patty King we originally worked with to Brianna Payne the Loan officer and Ryan Cuscaden the Loan Coordinator is spectacular! Patty worked closely with us to make sure we were able to get in position to get our home loan. She stayed in close communication which made the process quick. From there we worked with Brianna who helped tremendously with getting us the answers we needed, got our loan approved for the highest amount possible and still answers our questions now even after funding. Ryan made sure the underwriters were satisfied and stayed on top of everything. He was very efficient in answering calls and emails and had great communication with both me and the underwriters. After shopping around around a lender, Veterans United gave us the highest loan amount, gave the best benefits and perks and matched everything with exceptional customer service. I highly recommend Veterans United to any military family looking to buy a home!
