I was mislead about how the existing escrow was going to be used, this made me make an important decision with incorrect information. I would likely have made the same choice, but that might not have been the case and I firmly believe in having all of the information before making big decisionsI have had nothing but good experiences with Veterans United to this point, but I feel if someone is handling such a large loan they should know how everything works or find out for sure before giving me the wrong answers to my questions

Keep on top of every step of the process. Make sure the loan department makes direct contact with your employer because that can be lost in the mix.
For you future home owners, I recommend going through this team! Honestly, I was checking out my other options but they are straight forward and to the point. I trust them and will continue trusting them in the future. I couldn’t have asked for a better team.
