Veterans United is great to work with. We had no problems, sans a couple of hiccups that had nothing to do with our loan. The MyVu site made it really easy to upload all documents requested. Our loan specialist, Sydney, was fabulous and responded to all of our calls almost immediately. Even when we weren't sure we would close on time, Sydney remained calm and was ready to jump in to ensure we closed when we were scheduled (we were actually able to close a day early). Thank you to Veterans United and an even bigger thank you to Sydney for helping us to make our dream a reality!
