Although I have refinanced homes before, this process was smooth, thorough and the people were available and attentive to my questions and needs. I was uneasy when I first realized there were no "in person" meetings, as it was completed electronically, with communication taking place either through emails or telephone conversations. I was pleasantly surprised at the ease and reliability of this process, along with the in home closing service. All in all, it was a positive experience and, even though it is a process that takes approximately 2 months from start to finish, that was communicated to me early on, which was appreciated.
