Our loan specialist was fantastic, I changed my mind multiple times during the refinance process and I also called him during weekends and holidays..... (When normal folks would be enjoying a day off).... He always took my calls and or sent me a text message to answer a question. When something needed to be done to expedite things he let us know right away... I have held a traditional mortgage for over 20years and I wish I talked to this group sooner. Do extensive research into the process beforehand because they will assume you know everything already. Don’t compare them to other companies, they don’t like that. Be prepared to spend an obscene amount of money.

Very easy and upfront process
Veterans united was great theough the entire process of homebuying. With three kids and full time jobs, we had to work on a tight schedule and they worked with us every step.
