The customer service is hit or miss depending on what team you get. Stay away from W. Lieberman team. Bad customer service. Also, the lender does not allow for escrow decline even if you pay the homeowners insurance in full and provide proof of payment. However, your closing disclosure will read as though you have an option to decline. Shop around to save some money.
