Great company.
It was easy to complete the tasks needed re: paperwork and review of documents. I imagine if one is not computer literate it might be quite a challenge and time consuming. Using the internet was speedy and easy. It took only about two months to complete the process. Be prepared to pay for the inspection out of pocket; other fees can be included in the loan.
Both Carl Thomas and Eva Ottinger were excellent to work with. Would highly recommend to any and everyone
