The beginning went well, but as we got deeper into the process they were all over the place, not clear on things and we felt we had to micromanage the whole process since we got conflicting information from each person we worked with. Hopefully they use this as a training moment to make sure everyone is educated on process and on the same page. We would not recommend them. When you work with a company to guide you through such a stressful process, one of the big investments and important purchases you are making, you expect clear direction throughout the process, which was not our experience, at all. Spoke with Charlie who is very high up in company to share some of our concerns and all he did was gaslight us and not validate any of our concerns. I looked at the better business bureau after our closing to see what was there as far as complaints, and it confirmed a lot for us that it wasn’t just us. Wish we did that prior to choosing Veterans United as we would have choosed another company to work with. On a positive note, we LOVE our house and are so grateful to be in the other side now.

Having never bought a house before, I can safely say that if I had to buy another in 30 years, I’d want this team that I had again without a shadow of a doubt! I am so happy to have been able to purchase a home with the help of such an amazing group of people who were so friendly and willing to help.
