I would highly recommend Veterans United to any Veteran looking to purchase a new home, whether it's their first or fiftieth home they are purchasing. John Lyman and his team treated my wife and I like we were royalty. They promptly got back to us whenever we had a question and answered the question honestly whether it was the answer that we were wanting or not.
Ok so here are my thoughts as a veteran using Veterans United to buy your home....I would recommend using them however Veterans United as a whole needs to improve their communication and by that I mean they need to work on improving how long it takes to respond to veterans questions, and also making sure they provide veterans with all the info available not just part of it. But with a varying degree of patience and understanding overall it was not at all a bad experience. That being said, on an individual level Jacob Halls is definitely THE BEST person to talk to at Veterans United. Jacob goes above and beyond his role to make sure everything runs as smooth as silk. There is not a problem he cannot fix, and he absolutely cares about the veterans and their needs and wants. Whether it's first thing in the morning or super late at night when he's at home sleeping, it doesn't matter he will take care of any problems or address any and all concerns and makes sure to explain the details to you so you understand everything about the entire process. Jacob is always professional while at the same time making you feel comfortable and like you're part of his family. So in short, I do highly recommend Veterans United but Jacob Halls is the man you want to work with so ask for him.

From beginning to end the entire process was seamless. At times it did get very overwhelming but, the team also reassured me, things would get taken care of and within the same day everything was resolved.
