I have no confidence in Veterans United after my experience. The lack of communication and the incompetence on the day of closing shows they have no concern for the veteran community. Lastly, final closing cost increased by $5k at the very last minute, 4:15 pm on the day of closing, which we were initially scheduled for 2pm.
