The required documentation was not upfront and became a moving finish line as the process proceeded. I provided repetitious documentation along with non traditional elaboration not outlined in any VA or lender guidance/policy provided to me for requirement of qualification of the loan.

We have no gotten a home loan and refinanced with Veteran’s United. The process is so easy and the team has been helpful both times. I would only use them in the future!
