They were incredibly helpful and realistic with the process, and did everything in their power to make this so much more smooth than I had ever thought possible. This is my second mortgage with VU and it has been a smooth and efficient process every time, I would definitely recommend to my friends.They have gotten me the best rates; the online document signing process is much better than I have experienced at other businesses; and, they are there if you need someone in person to talk to, you can't beat that.

I don't consider myself to be needy, but i certainly want to know that some one cares enough to answer my questions and make me feel comfortable with the process. Unfortunately, this didn't happen with Steve Gustafson. Ask for someone else if he comes calling.
