Veterans United was an amazing company to work with. From start to finish. Their teams and employees are very fast, accurate, and knowledgeable. I can not recommend enough, Denise Stroud as your loan specialist. Denise is a talented hard worker. Not only is she very knowledgeable, but she was relentless at finding the right answers. Sometimes I am not the easiest person to work with, as I demand answers, and push for speed and precision. Denise, was more than accommodating, and to take from the NCO creed, she always conducted herself so as to bring credit upon her team, her leadership, and Veterans United regardless of the situation in which she found herself. If I had a company that needed an employee, I would hire her, or even try to steal her away. The Infantryman's creed states, "Always I fight on, through the foe, to the objective, to triumph over all." Denise exemplified this mentality with great aplomb. During our process, the VA lost my packet for an HOA approval, they changed their system, Denise had a child, Covid struck with all it's hardships, the market shifted, my plans changed, the type of housing and the location I was searching for was very broad making it all the more difficult to narrow down a property for myself, which at one time I had switched to a state outside of her licensing to which she referred me to another competent employee of Veterans United, and so much more... and all the while, Denise had my back. She made countless calls to me, and to others on my behalf, she answered emails, phone calls, responded to messages, returned calls... and eventually we triumphed. Once more, with all the company policies and VA regulations, another quality that was so intriguing, was her ability to explain such complex processes, rules, and regulations, in such easy to understand vernacular. Her amiable personality and loan specialist successes will undoubtedly be the building blocks that propel herself, and Veterans United to unprecedented levels of success.
