Expedite service and very responsive. On the down side I was not explained about options and VA fees. Mostly relied on previous experience with VA Loans.

Buying a home is a long process. United made the steps much smaller and easier to accomplish. Being able to sign a lot of forms electronically made the closing much faster and easier.

Ticor title has been our primary nemesis in this process. They bungled the paperwork 3 times now, the wire instructions are very ambiguous (not something I like when large amounts of money are involved) and they charge quite a bit for this "service". I would consider using another title company for your future loans.
