I wish the balancer would’ve coordinated with title earlier. We ended up having to rush to close and we’re a day late due.

I do recommend veterans United; not having a local team became an issue. I do acknowledge you cannot have a brick and mortar office in every city. More team members need to be added to be able to offer better customer service. Making a home purchase requires excellent customer service and attention to detail. There can not be a communication blackout especially during the closing process.
Very easy online interface to provide additional documents and keep things moving. Staff explained to me how 15 year loan wouldnt benefit me. Also explained how buying points down to 2.25% wouldn't benefit my situation.
If you are buying a home and are a veteran, you owe it to yourself to use
