Veterans United is a top notch service to Veterans looking for an opportunity at home ownership!! It gave me an illuminated view into the technicalities of mortgages, rates, percentages and so on as I was beyond a novice entering this process I was totally GREEN!!! At the end of my home search I was completely satisfied with the professionalism and dedication of my team to get the mission accomplished!!! Throughout my process, of which we reached three separate occasions where a home was almost purchased but fell through, my team NEVER LOST FAITH, NEVER SHOWED DESPAIR OR ANGER and at the end of the day I AM IN THE HOME OF MY DREAMS!!!! I also did not realize until after my home purchase that a colleague of mine, a former Marine, used Veterans United and he was very satisfied with his home!!!! I am now a definite cheerleader for this company and would highly recommend it to other Veteran friends of mine should they need it. This is an EXCELLENT COMPANY FOR VETRANS TO UTILIZE!!!!!

Chris, Sonia,and Derek were all right there when I had any questions. They all made sure that I had answers to every question even if they knew that I was not going to be happy with the answer and I appreciated that. They knew that the delay in my closing was presenting logistical nightmare for me so everyone made, what I consider to be a huge push to get me closed when things went a little wonky due to survey issues.
I would like th hat thank the entire team for the solid effort that they showed in bringing this dream to fruition for me. They are the best!!!

Over the past 35 years I've purchased homes in seven different states; a VA loan was used in four of these purchases and a commercial loan in the other three. My VA loan with Veterans United was the most stressful and required the most paperwork.I would get my "to do" list from Veterans United for a task needing completing and was often given a very short fuse (time) for completion. When you are working and don't always have instant access to the internet, these short notice items can be a real bugger. Not everyone has a smart phone.This is a good company to use but be ready for a ton of paperwork.

I appreciate all of the assistance but Veterans United Home Loan needs to communicate with their customers better. This was my first home buying experience and it was very stressful! I’m so happy I has Joe to help me out.
