Nick does a great job and works hard to get the best available for his clients. We have nothing but great things to say about him and his assistance through our first home buying experience. We will certainly be recommending him to anyone we know and will surely use him on any future home purchases.
IT would be my advice to have all documents told to the person at the very beginning, especially first time buyers and a date (within reason) of closing given. This is a grate choice for vets to use as a lending company. I would choose VU again!
too many to list- but started with Tom, he refused to answer questions, then Aimee Hall went psycho on me for gods knows what reason, then casey stepped in, then shannon who was much better but was a bit sarcastic and kept "losing" my emails i needed answers to, i asked casey to help but he ignored me, then worst of all VU VANISHED on closing day when title Co and I had questions and needed help as we had a major issue that day. VU ignored my 3 emails the next day as well. Then i asked casey cowsert why, he just glossed over it. I found that to be pathetic.
Great team, Fantastic Work ethic, and overall a High level team that made my first time buying a home seamless. Great Job!
Veterans United had a really great team put together for my first time purchasing a home. Even though this was my 4th attempt, the team really made me feel comfortable and confident in every step of the process. The constant updates and checking in were a real good plus.
