I would have appreciated it more if my "team" would have reached out to explain the documents I needed to sign vice telling me there's documents on the portal and to reach back out if I have questions; of course I have questions, this is my first home purchase. In the beginning, there were periods when I was not able to get ahold of anyone for questions and when I did, the conversation seemed rushed. Other than that, as we got closer to the end, everyone became more proactive and I appreciate the overall help and support of Nate Arni, Danny Jakle, and Caleb Batson, thank you.
