There were a lot of to do's from the loan company and the underwriters. Probably ninety percent of the questions could have been answered by me on the first list. Like where my down payment money was coming from. I felt really pushed and pressured when it got close to closing. Other than that it was a really easy process. You can not go wrong with Veterans United. This folks will be fair,honest,no red tape, no hoops to jump thru, no pulling teeth. They made us feel welcome and treated wife and I with dignity and respect always. They have your 6. You can count on that. They truly look after you and have your interest at heart. Answers to your questions are there Always. When they say call us with any questions, they mean it. From the start it was apparent we were dealing with a team,teamwork. We explored 2 other lenders that promised but did not come thru, dont waste your time with them. My only regret is:SHOULD HAVE gone to Veterans United initially n in the first place. Live and learn. FYI, I am 100% total/permanent disabled vet with Ptsd,TBI,(traumatic brain injury) and other medical issues, including some dementia and a 2 time cancer survivor, 5 more years until the VA can declare me cancer free.
