Carlos, yes this is very sound advice. Our normal turnaround to close is 45 days, but the delays with covid have made this a bit more lengthy. We try to set proper expectations, especially with closings. Third-party delays may happen though and we share that stress. We want to thank you for your service and for choosing Veterans United.
Overall Veterans United was pretty good. Tori, the assistant I was assigned to was not very professional or knowledgeable so she had to pass me off to James for questions.
