The communication was awful. Everything moved slower than pond water. No matter how many times we called (neither Tony nor Garrett ever answered the phone) or emailed, it took angry words and threats of dropping the company before anyone responded. Then when we asked for a clear channel of communication, they never followed through and it was back to emails and voicemails to get ANY updates. It took over 3 months for our refinance to go through. Just plain awful.
