After having a horrible experience with a different lender, finding VA entitlements issues/miscalculation on day 35 of escrow and causing to extend our COE + requiring us to pay approximately $1300 to extend the rate lock to the new COE, I decided to give Veterans United a call. Within minutes, Ryan Stoll was able to point out the calculation issues the previous lender made, and confidently assured me that, if we provide all the required docs by X date, we would still be able to close within 21 days — and we did.
