We have used Veterans United for our original purchase loan and now our refinance. Each time, the process has been made so much simpler because of our loan agent and team. Questions are always answered in a timely way and explained so that we fully understand things. Each step is relayed to us and information is always readily at hand when/if we ask. VERY EASY to deal with Veterans United and I would HIGHLY recommend to all my family/friends/neighbors. They can assist with VA loans as well as traditional.
I was a little confused because I initially worked with Matt for awhile and then all of a sudden it was like all communication with Matt stopped. Colin was extremely helpful and so was Laurin. But there were definitely times that Laurin just seemed very "blah". She was always very helpful, but didn't really come off as being happy.
The home appraisal was a great issue took way past the 10 days to get the paperwork done the termite had to he done twice because they didnt check the whole land and buildings on the acre of land
