Communication at the beginning was great, however when things went to the loan coordinator, communication was lacking with emails being responded to days later, late at nights or informing of changes last minute which was aggrivating and frustrating. It should not take days and in some cases a week or more to respond to emails .
Veterans United made the home buying process easy and stress free. Everyone involved were great to work with and helped in any way they could to get us in our house. I can’t say enough good things. Highly recommend Veterans United!
