This was an extremely east process! United gives you a simple to due list, that takes minutes to complete. I was able to get my loan and close out on a house in about a month. Never felt like I didn't know what was happening, nor was I unsure about any processing that was happening. 10 out of 10 if you want a VA loan get it here!

I home all prospective homebuyers have as good an experience as we have had.
As a first time buyer, communication is very important especially closer towards the closing date. I understand that there are a lot of third parties involved and the loan team has no control of what they do. It can be very frustrating for all involved. But please stay professional and be patient with us and our thousand questions.We closed on the 8th of December instead of the projected 25th of November. We were lucky because our landlord let us extend our stay twice during this period. We did not get enough updates during this period. Loans team say one thing and the seller was saying another. We started calling other loan agencies because we were willing to wait another 30 days or even walk away from the entire process. Our realtor Jeff Rose was the only reason we stayed with United Veterans. Bottom line communication is important and the loan team did not provide enough of it.
