Jonathan Connell was completely awesome to work with and he really went out of his way to help me, answer any questions I had and to make sure things went well. We had some hiccups with things, but he and the rest of the team helped make it right. Besides when the underwriter took WAY too long to get me clear to close, even with a rush, making my closing date a day later, which screwed up so many things on my end and cost me extra money and so much inconvenience, the rest of the experience was really wonderful. The team was super to work with. They also sent me a wonderful care package that blew me away and made me cry. It was so personalized and meant the world to me. And even when the gift card didn't work, they jumped through hoops to make it right and ended up giving me even more than they originally had plus flowers to make up for it. I never expect a gift period, so any gift was unexpected and wonderful, but the gifts they gave me blew my mind and I'm still wowed and so thankful. Great experience and definitely recommend.
