Our "Transaction Coordinator" - Donna McDonell, was so nice to deal with! She was superior at quick-response, email and phone communication. Donna kept us on target, and helped us get all of our paperwork submitted into our Veteran's United "To Do List" page. The fact that the majority of the process can be accomplished via online, with scanned documents and e-signatures, was excellent. It totally streamlined the submission of items needed. The best thing about the "To Do List" page, is you don't get hit with a GIANT list of overwhelming tasks. Every item is methodical and logical, and it progresses along, until you realize that you're done! It was a great, stress-free, experience as the Veteran's United crew does all of the VA coordination for you. You don't even have to dig out your VA original loan certificate. If you want to take advantage of today's great loan rates then get all your documents out of your file box and call Veteran's United.
