I was very satisfied with veterans United from my loan officer to my loan coordinator to my real estate agent they all had answers and any questions that they couldn't answer they'd find out for me. They made my experience very easy going all through the loan process. I thank you for being there for me.
Overall I was very please in the whole process. No hidden information and everything was up front. The team of Tim Wuest and Heather Ottinger were AWESOME!!!! Heather is one of those individuals that like to get in there and get her hands dirty. She wants to make sure everything is done correctly before it goes to the underwriters, as it should be. She is non-stop. She will walk you through steps and stay on the phone with you while doing this regardless of how long it would take. I was so pleased in their courteous and caring attitude towards me, something that most companies don't do.... Highly recommend Veterans United Home loans to anyone.....

This is my third interaction with Veterans United Home Loans. I purchased my home with them and have now refinanced twice. Everytime I had a question, even after closing, Shane and his team were readily available offered guidance to ensure I was making the best choice and ease any concerns I would have. He did not disappear on me at any point before me, during or after closing and is always very helpful. I have recommended Shane and VUHL to anyone in the hunt for home financing & refinancing and will continue to do so. Great team!

Veterans United was very simple. You apply and they respond. Not weeks later. Hours later. One day I was thinking about buying a Home. I went to Veterans United. Applied. Next day I was preapproved and on my way. The feeling of having that preapproval in hand made it easy to get out and find the right home.
Costs were good. Closing was fast. People were friendly. It was a great home loan experience.
