Overall I feel like my loan team had no sense of urgency with my loan and was very unresponsive when I tried to contact them.101 days after initiating the process my loan has finally closed.

My loan team at Veterans United was amazing! They made the process of refinancing on my home simple and understandable while providing me with guidance on the best options for my situation. I was able to get a better interest rate and mortgage payment with their help and the process was very efficient and quick. Most of the documents could be loaded electronically through their portal which is user friendly and welcomed during a pandemic. I would absolutely refer anyone to Veterans United and would do business with them again in the future.
At our closing, both the listing agent and the seller’s agent commented on what a great and professional job was done by our Veteran’s United Team, and said it was the very best VA loan process they had experienced.

Alyssa Kroner was key in getting us to closing. She ensured we stayed on track and helped make sure all our requirements were meant to help prevent any delays in closing. She was responsive even after hours and while on vacation to make sure we were taken care of! Recommend her efforts 10/10 times! She was a huge reason we met our closing expectation date of 9 February!

Veteran’s United is pretty awesome! From the first time we contacted them, they made the stressful journey of becoming a home owner seamless and quite pleasant. They do a great job of communicating with you, so you never have to worry about things you may need or things you don’t know, they’re with you every step of the way. I actually have a friend that works with another lender, that I served with and thought about using for this process, but I’m glad we went with Veteran’s United.
