Overall great experience
I have worked with Veterans United and predecessor VA Mortgage Center multiple times over the years. Having dealt in the past with a major lender whose rep didn't really seem to understand the process of VA lending, it's a breath of fresh air to work with pros that know the game.
I would recommend VU for any veteran in the market for a house.
