During the Holidays and covid restrictions and not using a real estate agent they made the process comfortable and were always there for me when I needed explanations.
I would 100% strongly recommend Veterans United (thanks to George Eastergard, and his team) were overall outstanding!! The process went very smooth, my questions were answered well and in a timely manner, and the team was very patient with me. Technology is not my strong point so they walked me thought some of the steps that I would not have been able to do on my own. I WILL BE LETTING OTHER VETERANS KNOW of the superior customer service with Veterans United!!

She took my hand and walked with me through the whole process giving me the best advice about what steps i needed to follow and when things got held up on my inexperience and lack of certain needs she was patient with me and treated me like i was the only one she was working for. We were very disappointed with the appraisal company that was chosen in our area. The closing could have happened several days (more like 2 weeks) sooner had the appraiser not held onto the report for 16 days after it was completed. This delay caused us to spend quite a bit of money to stay in 2 AirBNB's and the Motel 6.
