My unfiltered response is this. Eric Bals failed miserably. I asked him several times if he had gotten my home owner's insurance to which he failed to respond and it was in my to do list for w while. I also had a few questions to which he failed to email or call back. Luckily for you William stepped in as I was getting ready to walk away from this deal. You almost lost this customer due to Mr Bals.
We really thought the best way for us to go would be a local bank or credit union. We couldn’t have been more wrong. The process was completely streamlined and effortlessly. This experience has made me realized that people talk smack about veterans united for no reason because Spencer was very helpful and made sure I was getting my monies worth. At no point did I feel like I was being ripped off or cheated out of a better deal. I had other loan officers I was working with to get better deals but no one could come close to veterans united. I even had one loan officer told me to definitely stick with veterans united.

I have bought and sold houses in the past, but this buy was an unmitigated disaster dealing with the realtors as well as the title company. The only people in my corner seemed to be my loan team and I thank GOD for them. Personally, the whole system needs to be revamped and get away from the plug and play answers in the disclaimers.
I think buyers and sellers should discuss the property together and cut out all the third-party conversation whose sole intent is to quick sale for money.
