The process with Veterans United is extremely easy to complete online. From the very beginning of starting my loan I received a phone call from Jared in less than 12 hours. I then did the most uploads with the assistance of Courtney. Courtney was very fast at responding to anything that needed extra attention and helped me tremendously! My loan started on November 16th and I closed on my property on December 22nd. Unbelievable and little to no stress at all. Kyle and his whole team are the absolute best in my book. I have already been telling everyone I know all about Veterans United!! Any future assistance I might need will be with Veterans United! Thank you to Kyle’s whole team!

Was an easy process from the first phone call to closing. Was concerned about receiving a personal touch working with an online, not in person transaction. It was a wonderful experience made easy with the portal for signing and document review, the phone calls when needed where we heard the voice of a live person, and the responsive follow up with emails as needed. Overall an excellent experience!
I honestly do not believe we would be where we are right now ( in the living room of our brand new home!) if it weren’t for the folks in our team. They made the process so much smoother than I imagine it could’ve gone had we gone any other route. For future purchases I would always go with Veterans United but I would go further to request Johnna specifically. And my realtor Kim. As well as my home concierge Jake. Everyone was very helpful and you can tell they really care about the service they provide and the population they serve!

This was the most amazing experience ever! This is my first home (I BOUGHT A HOUSE, YA'LL!! Crazy!!) so I did not know one thing about what I was getting myself into. But from my very first phone call-day ONE-I immediately felt really good about it.Loan Specialist Anthony Banks was my initial point of contact. He helped me get prequalified so my husband and I could start looking at houses. During the pandemic and because of social distancing, you can only put an offer in if you're prequalified for a loan. Banks took care of us with the quickness! I swear when he called back to tell me that we were approved he delivered the news like we were family-just genuinely happy for us! That was such an awesome feeling. He's a good dude and dang ray of sunshine! I was always in a noticeably better mood when I got off the phone with him!Lindsay Genay, our realtor, is AMAZING!!!! She was so compassionate and professional, and helpful, and kind, and generous with her time. I love that it never felt like we were just another client she had to close a deal with-we were a priority. That's a really good feeling when you're going through such a arduous process. She's the best. Plus we wore the same shoes the first day we met-I felt like that was a good sign. :-)Senior Loan Office Terry Roberts was quite possibly the most important piece in this life-changing puzzle. I canNOT say enough wonderful things about him! If I didn't know any better I would have thought we were his only clients; he responded to emails faster than I can tie my shoes! Again, this being our first foray into home ownership, we had a TON of questions and concerns, and he made every question feel important and valid. He worked so tirelessly to get us here. We could not have done this without him! I am so impressed by the level of diligence exerted by Terry and his team! Forever grateful.

I shopped around with three different companies for my home Purchase. USAA was my first choice, as I bank with them. Next I explored Navy Fed, they came in with a better rate than USAA. Veterans United beat them both! I am very happy they did! Their service was top notch, I never felt like a customer, I felt like I was being provided a service! I will be recommending them to friends and coworkers in the future!!
