My experience was amazing! I have never worked with a great bunch of people, ever! Everyone was very helpful and worked hard to make our purchase happen with no hiccups! Very friendly, helpful and I would recommend my team to anyone!
I had no complains, everything went well. Thanks Veterans United.
Veterans United was great to work with. They had answers to all of my questions and were very helpful throughout my home buying process. The realtor they chose for me, however, was not helpful and had terrible communication skills.
I highly recommend working with Nate Reeves at Veteran United Home Loans.
It's been a pleasure from a very proud and grateful Veteran. I thank you all for your service.

As a veteran, you will not find a better lender to work with.
My only recommendation is that all VU employees respect the service of the veterans applying for home loans by addressing them by their rank. Many veterans served with honor and distinction and wrote a blank check payable to the American public up to and including their lives. It would seem to me a mark of deep respect if all VU employees would recognize this sacrifice by addressing the veteran by the rank they achieved while serving their nation. Many other veteran centric companies do so (USAA, AAFMAA, AFCEA, etc.) and are highly regarded by veterans. COL Bartlett (USA RET)
It was excellent working with the Veterans they really help you to get your home! The team we had is outstanding. To Kayla, Nina and John we are grateful that you part of this journey with us. From house hunting to loan details and papers works, They work together for us. We surely would recommend them. Thank you we got out home in time for Christmas really meant us a lot,
The loan process went very smooth until the week before closing. The lender sent us extra requirements for well inspection 2 days before closing (even though the information HC been presented the week prior) that delayed closing. The week and day of closing we received multiple requests (per day) in the “to do” list for reviews and documents up to hours before closing. We were very responsive with providing information when requested. The lending team seemed very disorganized for closing asking for multiple items when closing was overdue. This delayed our closing by multiple days and forced us to enter into an agreement to occupy house early. I am dissatisfied with the lender team completing their reviews and letting us know what they needed prior to scheduled close. Not only did it delay our closing, but all the requirements weren’t listed causing multiple emails and uploads day of closing when the information could have been related up front. Would not recommend.
