Lynn Heather should get credit for this loan because she was the one who ACTUALLY responded to my emails or telephone calls. She was always courteous and friendly when we spoke. She knew how stressed out I had become because Zach didn't return my calls or emails that she would contact me once the end of the week came around to update me so I wouldn't be worrying over the weekend.
Partnerships with Mortgage Connect makes the process tarnished. The rep from Mortgage Connect text me the night before closing to confirm date, time, and location around 9pm without identifying herself. When I asked did I know her, she stated she was the closing attorney regarding my refinance. I thanked her and told her I was under the impression she would be coming to me. She responded around 1:15pm the day of closing (scheduled for 2pm) with a yes she could come to me but it would be closer to 3pm. I agreed, however Ms. Williams arrived at my home at 3:30 pm, causing other appointments to need adjustments. During my signing session, she was texting on her cell. She did wear a mask, which was great, however I had to continuously ask her to repeat herself as she was not clear or loud enough to hear as we sat across the table from each other. Most disturbing she took a phone call during my signing session. Just literally UNPROFESSIONAL.
