The interactive website was extremely handy because it was easy to use and also kept me updated on each step. I knew what was needed to move the loan/purchase along at each major point in the process. The website also has a wealth of information available to assist in learning the specifics of each step along the way. At the last stage, I got the congratulatory call less than an hour after signing the final papers with the mortgage company. Smooth sailing all the way from start to finish.
